Sarah Bodman brought this creative duo known as Gloria Glitzer to my attention. They make books and prints and started Miss Read art book fair in Berlin, and comprise of artists Franziska Brandt and Moritz Grünke. Their publications contain abstract shapes and bold colours which are illustrative and also minimal, and often comedic graphics. The titles of their books are fantastic. Even if there does not seem to be a narrative that holds the pages together, the clever titles instantly grab your attention. They are also riso printers, so it makes sense that there is a prolific anxiety about them. They can print any time, without having to wait for others to dictate the pace of their art practice.
